Įsikandai į vienetinį atvejį, kuris labai siauras. Be abejo, jei naudotojas 
neatitinka ant programinės įrangos įrėžto jos naudojimosi režimo, jis 
pažeidžia sąlygas ir rizikuoja savo kailiu.

Bet jei imame įprastą OEM licenziją ir jos pardavimą kartu su kompiuteriu - 
pirkėjas nerizikuoja niekuo, apart EULA turiniu. Tipinė iškarpa, kad 
užbaigti šitus nonsensus:
