Kažkokia nesąmonė. Paypalas tikrai negrąžina pinigų 'without checking 
anything'. Man buvo tokia situacija, kad viena UK firma neatsiuntė 
mėnesį prekių, už kurias buvau sumokėjus per Paypalą. Turėjau Paypale 
'atidaryti' dispute su ta firma ir viskas, ką Paypalas padarė, tai 
sukūrė tokį kaip forumą tarp manęs ir tos firmos. Bet man parašė, kad 
pats Paypalas nieko netikrina ir nieko negrąžina, tik pati firma tai 
gali padaryt (galiausiai ji tai ir padarė, bet tai truko porą savaičių). 
Bet jei ta firma nebūtų grąžinus, tai tiek pinigus ir tematyčiau. Galbūt 
ten jos kažkoks reitingas Paypale kristų ar pan., bet man kas iš to?
