Atrodo, kad ne. Pagal Wikipediją, „Multilateral trading system“ yra kas
kita, o „daugiašalė prekybos sistema“ (tai susiję su finansinių
priemonių pirkimu) yra:

      /Multilateral Trading Facility/ - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
      <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multilateral_Trading_Facility>

A /Multilateral Trading Facility/ (or /MTF/) is a multilateral system,
operated by an investment firm or a market operator, which brings
together multiple third-party buying and selling interests in financial
instruments <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Financial_instruments> - in
the system and in accordance with non-discretionary rules - in a way
that results in a contract in accordance with the provisions of Title II
of MiFID <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiFID>.^1 They can be assimilated
to alternative trading exchanges providing additional pool of liquidity
to their members (Usually banks, major mutual funds and large insurance
companies).*
