The problem is in the your skype profiles "C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Skype\[your_skype_nick]\" file config.xml credentials. I had the same problem and only reinstaling skype(version : 7.29.80.102 on windows 7 pro) and deleting skype profile helped me. But deleting profile will delete your history also. So what I have done :

1. Closed my skype program.

2. Moved my skype profile "C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Skype\[your_skype_nick]" to different location.

3. Deleted all "Skype" directory ("C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Skype").

4. Uninstalled Skype.

5. Downloaded newest Skype version and installed.

6. Started new installed skype and logged in, that it create new profile with the new config.xml file. After that exit Skype.

7. Unchecked file's config.xml read-only attribute in my old profile that I moved to different location.

8. From config.xml file in the new profile copied row : <Credentials3>2B4D51BE36905EC8EC072DA10F2A0............885D32A5BAAC36B045C99DC01C3FB96</Credentials3> and pasted it in the config.xml file of the old profile(changed the same row to copied), than  saved file.

9. Deleted the new profile directory "C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Skype\[your_skype_nick]" and placed the old profiles directory.

10. Started Skype and problem solved.
