"...DxO's figures, which are based on a totally different measurement (a measure of how much exposure is needed to saturate the sensor). This is not the ISO standard that the camera uses when specifying its ISO setting. There is no reason to expect this value to correspond to the camera's stated ISO. 
...In our review, we report the E-M5 is about 1/3EV under-sensitive, which means you'll tend to need around 1/3EV longer exposures to get the image brightness you should expect. DxO's figures show that Olympus' JPEG tone curve is pulling its middle grey value from quite a low Raw value so that it captures more highlight information above that value. "
