Two files from a previous RC Build (between 7201 and 7260 work fine)

THESE FILES ARE BOTH FROM BUILD 7229!!

Those files are pkeyconfig.xrm-ms and tokens.dat

tokens.dat - C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\ 
Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform

pkeyconfig.xrm-ms - C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\pkeyconfig

Install build 7264 as normal. When prompted for a key, enter nothing.

Stop the Software Protection Service (Run > services.msc > select Software 
Protection Service > Click Stop the Service on the Right)

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\pkeyconfig

Take ownership of pkeyconfig.xrm-ms (may just appear as pkeyconfig) and give 
yourself full permissions to it. (Right click on it > Properties > Security 
Tab > Advanced > Owner Tab > Edit > Click on Administrators > OK > OK > OK > 
OK > YES then Right Click on the file again, Properties > Security Tab, 
click on EDIT > click on Administrators, Full Control: Allow > OK > OK)

Delete pkeyconfig. Replace with the pkeyconfig from an RC Build.

Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\ 
Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\

Delete tokens.dat. Replace with the tokens.dat from an RC Build.

Now start back up the Software Protection Service.

You can now register using an RC Key.
