Pamodifikavau vieną iš postų tavo linke:


Begin the Windows 11 installation process by booting from the USB drive.
Follow the prompts until you reach the "Let's connect you to a network"
screen.

Press Shift + F10 to open the Command Prompt. This keyboard shortcut
works during the setup process.

In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

oobe\bypassnro

Close the Command Prompt window. The installation process will refresh,
and you should see the option to set up without an internet connection.

Select "I don’t have internet" and proceed with the limited setup.
Create a local account and complete the installation.
