1. When you reach the ļæ½Letļæ½s Connect You To A Networkļæ½ page, hit ļæ½Shiftļæ½ and ļæ½F10ļæ½ on the keyboard at the same time. This will bring up the Command Prompt, where various commands to control the system can be entered.
2. Type the following command and press Enter on the keyboard afterward:
taskkill /F /IM oobenetworkconnectionflow.exe
3. You may now return to the Windows 11 setup to enter local account information.
