Tai primesk jei W8.x ir ten raso, kad reikia "only on low-power PC platforms that include 
low-power hardware" + labai daug kas (ir as tarp ju) net nelabai domejosi siuo navarotu.. 
Kitas dalykas gali but reikalavimas palaiko ir tinklo korta + firmware turi but "ijungtas"..

Jei tai atsirado su W8.x, tai per tiek laiko gali visai normalu rasti naujam Desktop.
Ofisiniams kompams irgi taiko visokius Green-Eco .. Energy Star v6++ ir pan.
