is covered by the ProCurve Lifetime Warranty◊

The End-of-Service-Life (“EOSL”) date for the ProCurve Switch 2626/2650/2626-
PWR/2650-PWR will be 5 years after the End of Sale Date for those products. During the
period between the End of Sale Date and the EOSL Date, HP plans to continue to provide
hardware maintenance services and software technical support services for these
products, subject to the commercial availability of parts and other support material.
